This is an example of use of the template as it would be found on the "Selected quotes" sub-page that is a component of a portal created using the {{tl|box portal skeleton}}. Simply placing the template on the page is all that is needed to show all selected quotes stored in sub-pages linked to it, however using the template as part of a fully formed description makes it easier for other editors to modify the page as needed.<br />
